The hotel has a good location close to many attractions. Breakfast included omelets prepared each morning with flatbreads. The salad bar had a lovely presentation, and the selection of pastries was extensive. I thought the beds were very comfortable.
The toilet flush was not very strong.

The staff were just fantastic. They helped me with directions and recommendations! i found the breakfast choice to be amazing with so many options. the room size gave me plenty of space to relax and i appreciated the comfort it offered. plus i really enjoyed how clean all the facilities were, a really important thing!
the bathroom floor tiles seemed a bit dated, but everything worked perfectly.

my standard room garden view had a large window that let in lots of natural light! the air conditioning worked perfectly, so the room was always a comfortable temperature. the beds were firm, but supportive, ensuring good sleep.

The staff provided excellent service, especially mohanned, the restaurant manager. He greeted us warmly and ensured all our requests were met. the food was excellent. the chef offered to cater to my partner's dietary needs. the room was very spacious and included a two-person shower.
The new door system did not function properly. I had to visit reception each time to open the door.

The restaurant manager Mohamed was very attentive. He was always available and ready to help. The hotel has a convenient location near local restaurants. I also liked that the staff always greeted us with a smile.
The gym equipment is a bit outdated.
